Milo O'Connor read archaeology at UCL, and then undertook his legal studies at City University. Following a period spent working in a smaller London law firm, Milo commenced his career in legal recruitment in early 2001, focusing on the London private practice market. Having previously worked for two other well known legal recruitment consultancies, Milo joined Shilton Sharpe Quarry.
