Having graduated from Cambridge University, Nick Shilton trained as a solicitor in London and Paris with Linklaters. On qualification he practised with the firm as a capital markets lawyer in London. Nick has extensive recruitment experience in London and continental Europe. He became the first London headquartered legal recruiter to establish an office in Germany in 1999. He has extensive experience of recruiting partners and teams, particularly in the German market. "I am proud of what we have achieved to date at Shilton Sharpe Quarry and am especially proud of our team. In Germany we have positioned ourselves as market leader and are well on the way to establishing ourselves similarly in Italy. I am excited about our future plans for further international expansion.
