Where relevant, we can examine how to combine the results of a candidate's psychometric appraisals with effective interview questions. In addition, where we have profiled the requirements of a specific role in a team or department, we also provide an interview structure to ensure that a candidate's personality matches the behavioural profile of the job.
Where we believe that a candidate would benefit from interview training, we offer this as part of our service. As well as providing comprehensive practical advice on interview preparation and technique, we complement this by using video technology to identify and resolve any potential problems.
