Gareth Quarry is regarded by many senior lawyers in the UK market as the number one legal recruitment consultant for senior private practice moves, with experience dating back to the mid 1980s. He has been responsible for a very significant number of truly headline making partner and team moves involving both US and UK firms and he has assisted many US law firms to open offices in London.
Gavin Sharpe has almost a decade’s experience recruiting at partner and team level in the London market, working with candidates across a wide variety of practice areas. He has successfully introduced partners into leading UK law firms as well as pre-eminent US law firms.
Nick Shilton was the first international legal recruitment consultant to open an office in Germany in 1999. Since then based primarily in Frankfurt he has focused on recruiting partners and teams across Germany. This has included helping a number of international law firms to launch offices in Germany, including the largest single team launch. He is also involved in recruiting at partner and team level in Italy.
The three directors are supported for partner and team recruitment matters by senior consultants in the UK, Germany and Italy. All have experience of writing business plans with senior lawyers and helping to broker the most appropriate deals for all involved.
