Our candidates are offered secure access to their own files 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using the latest secure extranet technology.
Effective recruitment means understanding that to find the right job for a candidate one needs to look further than just identifying that person's appropriate skills and experience. For a candidate to flourish in a role, recruiters must also identify culturally how a candidate will perform in a specific environment. We provide psychometric assessments free of charge as part of our service. These assessments are optional. A psychometric assessment is not a test - it is just an effective tool to complement the factual due diligence one must undertake prior to making an important career decision.
Some of our executive candidates may feel that they present better in person than on paper. A written CV may only tell half the story and employers are unable to interview all candidates due to time pressure. That is why, with the use of our own dedicated video studio, we have pioneered the use of video CVs in the legal market.
