Will Coulter studied genetics at Sheffield University before beginning his career in legal recruitment in 2004 at another well known recruitment consultancy. He has specialised in recruiting for senior management level positions within private practice firms before joining Shilton Sharpe Quarry in June 2008 to establish the Law Firm Management division.  “I have always focused on recruiting for senior non-fee earning positions within private practice and have enjoyed working with department heads across various business areas to really understand the strategy of a firm.
