Alana Gross studied Law and Accounting at Manchester University before completing the LPC at BPP in Leeds. She went on to complete her training contract at Russell-Cooke in London before moving into recruitment. She started her career in recruitment working for a small legal search firm in the City concentrating on senior placements before joining the private practice team at Shilton Sharpe Quarry in 2010 where she focuses on the associate market.
