Gareth Quarry read law at Cambridge University and practised with one of the leading City firms. On completing an MBA, he founded Quarry Dougall, the leading global legal recruitment consultancy of the 1980s and 1990s. QD grew to over 150 people before its acquisition in 2000 by TMP/Hudson. Gareth specialises in advising law firms on strategic issues, including mergers and team hires, and acts for senior partners and teams.
