Natalie Denham read Veterinary Pathogenesis at the University of Bristol, graduating in 2004. She then managed the sales teams and coordinated the marketing and advertising for her family's business, as well as setting up two small businesses of her own. In 2010 Natalie became a legal recruitment consultant for another well known international recruitment consultancy in London where she specialised in recruiting associates for London's top UK and US law firms, in addition to offshore legal recruitment. In 2011 Natalie joined Shilton Sharpe Quarry and focuses on associate recruitment in the private practice market.
