Helmut Rogalla studied law at university in Frankfurt and was admitted as a German lawyer in 1999. He then joined the legal department of the insurance company R+V Versicherung in Wiesbaden. He subsequently moved to the Frankfurt office of Ashurst where he practised as a corporate lawyer. In 2003 he was seconded to the firm’s London office and qualified as a UK solicitor. Helmut joined Shilton Sharpe Quarry in 2004. Helmut leads SSQ’s private practice business in Germany.
