We understand candidates' concerns about privacy and confidentiality. We appreciate that when a candidate sends their details to a recruitment consultancy they may worry about where their CV might be sent.
We have removed as much uncertainty as possible from the recruitment process by providing our candidates with a completely transparent service. We have nothing to hide and everything to share. Our candidates are offered secure access to their own files 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using the latest secure extranet technology.
Our candidate extranet Nelly allows a candidate to review all of the activity which we are undertaking on their behalf. Every named or anonymous approach or phone call that we have made for them; any feedback obtained following a meeting; a complete record of our work together.
Nelly is not designed to replace the personal contact which we have with our candidates, but rather to enhance it.
